1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personal accessories (such as earrings) are non-returnable.
• Items purchased with a discount of more than 45% are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@cocomolic.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within  5-7 business days after return approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability). Please initiate an exchange request by contacting us at info@cocomolic.com

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within  48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within  24 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
